in Seattle. Skillet (see picture) is a retro camper/van that goes around to different Seattle neighborhoods and serves up some mean burgers among other things. We went on the way to the airport. It opened at 11am. We arrived shortly thereafter. I should've been at the airport at 11.30 for my 12.29 flight and due to this burger, got there a bit late, cut a line and did curbside check in to make sure I made it ok. What can I say? A good burger is worth it. Actually, to be completely honest, I was a nervous nelly but by the time I realized it would take 30 minutes to get to the airport, we had already ordered and really wanted to try this sucker.
As you probably know, I like my burgers nice and simple. This one, however, wasn't really made to order. It was what it was. And, what it is is oregon natural beef, cambazola, arugula, bacon jam on a brioche bun with handcut french fries on the side. It lacked ketchup which I was able to hijack from Burger King in the airport. It was good. I'm SURE it would've been better if we could've eaten it on the spot when we bought it but due to the tight timing, this was a strictly to go order. Check it out!
I'm missing SKILLET! Really goooood burger. I'm going to try it again. :)

By the way, you're going to have to take Heather there when she visits you - I already filled her in on the pure beauty of this burger!
